Caps&Coils originates from a search for crossover parts for Crafty Loudspeakers.  Both Clarity Cap and Jantzen audio excelled in quality and price when compared to other brands. Both brands where not available online at that time. Jantzen Audio

Not so long ago Jantzen audio from Denmark, was only known by loudspeaker manufacturers. Only the last few years they shifted their attention to the diy market. The recent development of Jantzen audio loudspeaker drivers for the diy market is their latest move into the diy market.

A mayor factor in the quality of coils is their sensitivity to microphonics.

All Jantzen coils are manufactured in such a way that microphonic effects are cancelled out or reduced. All wirecoils are baked and the foil inductors are tightly wound, to reduce microphonic effects.
