Shipping costs

All orders under 30 kilograms are shippped with the Dutch National post. Also known as TNT post *. As soon as you are registered, the webshop will recognize you. And calculate the right shipping costs. The invoice is always shipped together with the goods.

Zone 1: Netherlands, Germany & Belgium
Shipping costs:
0-10 kilograms 6.20 euro
10 – 30 kilograms 11.95 euro
Above 30 kilograms Free 

Zone 2: All other EU countries

0 > 2 kilograms 15.45 euro
2 > 5 kilograms 20.45 euro
5 > 10 kilograms 25.95 euro
10 > 20 kilograms 34.45 euro
21 > 30 kilograms 40.62 euro

Payment and orderprocedure

The webshop calculates the total costs of your order based on the added weight of your order and your location. To see the total costs you have to login or make an account. The payment checkout procedure has three steps.
Step 1: Check your shipping adress and / or make a remark with your order.
Step 2: Chose a payment method: paypal, creditcard or money order.
Step 3: Confirm your order. Depending on the payment option you chose, you will enter a payment screen for your creditcard or paypal. Or you will get an email with all the bankdetails for Caps&Coils on an invoice if you chose moneyorder.

VAT

The site is designed too deduct Vat if you are from outside the European Union. As soon as you login after you have registered the site will show prices without the Dutch 19% vat. You will automatically get a pro forma without Vat.

Stock

All numbers you see are real stock. Would you like to purchase 30 pcs of a part and there are only 20 pcs left? Please send me an email. So i can inform you when this parts is back on stock in sufficinet numbers.

Delivery times

We try to ship as fast as we can. These are the most common delivery times:
Netherlands: ordered before 15:00: next day delivery
Belgium: 70% ordered before 15:00: next day delivery, 30% change of two day delivery
Germany: normally two days if ordered before 15:00 sometimes one day.
France, UK, Denmark, Sweden, etc three days
Rest of europe further away from the Netherlands: Greece, Rumania, Hungary, Poland, etc 5 days max
United states. One week. This part of the Ocean TNT, Delivery in the USA by USPS.
